3. Processing time
In accordance with applicable law, in order to conclude an agreement and conclude this contract and any future application of the rights and obligations of all parties involved, the storage and processing of personal data for the above purpose will be carried out for 10 years from the date of conclusion of the last agreement, unless otherwise required by law to preserve contractual documentation for a longer period. The processing mentioned earlier becomes possible in accordance with Article 6, Part 1.
