3. Processing time
In accordance with applicable law, in order to conclude an agreement and conclude this contract and any future application of the rights and obligations of all parties involved, the storage and processing of personal data for the above purpose will be carried out for 10 years from the date of conclusion of the last agreement, unless otherwise required by law to preserve contractual documentation for a longer period. The processing mentioned earlier becomes possible in accordance with Article 6, Part 1. (b) Regulation (EC) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council: “processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or for taking measures at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract.”
4. Transfer of personal data to third parties
Except as provided by law, Asmodius-Art will not disclose your personal data to third parties. Asmodius-Art hereby declares that all personal data is strictly confidential and will not be transferred to third parties. The exceptions to this rule are the following:
Delivery services and distribution centers – partners for delivery will be provided only with personal data necessary for the correct dispatch and delivery of goods, for processing complaints and for processing refunds.
Payment portal providers – only personal data necessary for making a payment will be transferred.

If you decide at any time that you no longer want to receive our emails, please contact us by info@fixstruder.eu. Asmodius-Art will retain your email address for three years after the last sale agreement between both parties.
