1 General
On this website, you can buy desktop filament making-machines. By using the website or making a purchase, you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.

3 Buying and ordering
On this site, you have the option to purchase our products that are currently in stock. Alternatively, you can join the waiting list by sending an email to info@fixstruder.eu.
4 Payment
Payment can be by credit card, PayPal, debit card and other.
If you do not find a suitable payment method, please contact us at info@fixstruder.eu.
Payment is made through the payment system at https://www.mollie.com.
All fees and taxes are paid by the buyer separately in their country.
5 Delivery
Shipping is paid by the buyer upon purchase. The exact shipping cost can be calculated in the shopping cart.
If you cannot find your country for delivery, please contact us at info@fixstruder.eu.
The main delivery service is Bpost. We ship the parcel within 5 business days after receiving the payment. From our experience of sending parcels, delivery across Europe takes an average of 7 – 10 business days. Delivery outside Europe is about 22 days.
We use secondary packaging whenever possible.
The return and refund process must be initiated within 14 days of your receipt of the products.
Please contact us by email at info@fixstruder.eu with the reason for the return and refund. If necessary, we may ask you to document the cause with photos/videos. We may try to find alternative solutions to resolve the issue.
We document the unboxing and evaluation process with photos/videos.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for goods in the following cases:
• if the product has been damaged due to failure to follow the operating instructions,
• if the buyer has made individual modifications to the product,
• If the item was damaged due to inadequate packaging.
We do not cover shipping cost, return shipping cost, payment of fees.
7 Warranty
Our products have a 6-month warranty. If any of the components fails during this period, please write us an email and we will replace it for free. Each defect is considered individually and individual solutions to the problem are offered.
The protection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the following Privacy Policy, in full accordance with current legislation and Article 6, Part 1.(B) regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the council.
